As mandated by the State of California, Assembly Bill 1725, the Classified Staff Development Committee (CSDC) represents the interests and needs of all classified staff and participates in the staff development structure at Santa Rosa Junior College. The Classified Staff Development Committee proposes, plans, and implements professional development activities for classified staff.
- Collaborates with individuals and other constituent groups in the planning and implementation of professional development programs, activities and training for classified staff.

Maintains and continues to develop programs and processes for the recognition of classified staff within the district.

In addition to the District-wide Needs Assessment Survey sponsored by the Professional Development Committee, may perform needs assessments of classified staff and incorporate results into future professional development planning.

Maintains reporting relationships with other District constituencies, including but not limited to, the Classified Senate and the Professional Development Committee.
